Profile

The information technology department was established in 2001 as part of the self-financed division and is affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University. The Department of Information Technology aims to reshape the destiny of the country by modelling IT personnel with moral and human values.

The department offers the three-year, full-time Bachelor of Information Technology curriculum exposes students to a variety of computer, network, and internet application topics. The department is firmly committed to providing outstanding undergraduate instruction. Our college's Information Technology department is one of its liveliest, with five committed staff members and over 141 students.

The classrooms are set up with projectors and an IT environment. The department's long-term goals include stepping up its research efforts, supporting the growth of entrepreneurs, and encourage the ideas towards start-ups.

  • To inculcate professional-social ethics, team work in students and acquaint them with requisite technical and managerial skills to attain a successful career
