B. Voc in Software Development is a 3 Year Degree Programme initiated in the academic year 2018.It is a UGC funded course and it is run free of cost. This course suits the people of all age groups from any discipline.
The Programme is designed for students to become employed in industry, government or entrepreneurial endeavors to demonstrate professional advancement through significant technical achievement. Training programme like Tally is conducted to enable students to be updated with the latest trends in Software Development.
Added to these advantages , MoU's are signed with various Software Companies to provide hands on training to the students. It gives them experience and technical knowledge about the recent advancements in the field of Software Development.
The Programme will prepare the students to be successful professionals in the field with solid fundamental knowledge of Software Development. It also enables them with strong communication skills as well as professional and ethical principles when functioning as members and leaders of multi-disciplinary teams.
Programme Outcome
PSO1:To serve as Assistant Software Publisher, System Manager in software development and the role of modeling.
PSO2:To analyze, identify and define the technology required to build and implement a web site.
PSO3: To work as Programmer, Entry level software developer, web Designer in software industry.
PSO4:To apply the skills to edit professionally, create digital content, design print and web-based products, develop and manage writing and editing projects.
