Food Processing and Quality Management


Profile

The Diploma in Food Processing and quality Management is initiated in the academic year 2018-19.It is a UGC funded course and it is run free of cost. This course suits the people of all age groups from any discipline.

The course has witnessed the students from various professions like Food manufacturing industry, hotels, coffee shop,Bakery, Food Beverage unit, milk industry, Entrepreneur etc.

Added to these benefits, MoU's are signed with various food industries. The Students are given hands on training and practice to be fit with the concerned profession.

The job opportunities related to this programme are available in milk industry,bakery , coffee shop,food industry etc. This field involves a communication with the customer and business activities. Students who are specialists in food processing and making different types of food .

Students learn from the ground up how a business is run, and giving them principles they can later apply to their own business projects. This coursework focuses on regulation, ownership philosophies, and structures that can be applied to create well-managed businesses. Topics include employment hierarchies and management structures as well.
